Wings Taking Flight provides educational reading and practice tools. These resources do not authorise a flight or replace current aeronautical information, applicable regulation, approved aircraft documents, maintenance advice or qualified instruction. The calculator's illustrative outputs must not be used as an operational performance or fuel plan.

Using the public resources

You can use the public library and practice tools without registering. Use the service lawfully and respect copyright and attribution. Source publications remain the responsibility of their publishers; follow the linked controlling documents for their full context.

Accuracy and corrections

Information and source publications change. Articles identify sources and recorded editorial dates, with revision notes where available. Contact info@wingstakingflight.com with an article URL, the disputed passage and supporting evidence so the team can assess a correction.

Accounts and subscriptions

Member features and paid subscriptions are offered separately. Review the plan and checkout terms before subscribing. The public learning tools do not require a purchase.
